Product will break if subjected to thermal shock. Therefore:

For best results and longevity hand wash recommended with mild detergent. Dishwasher safe, top rack only.

Microwave with caution. For example, a full cup of coffee will reheat relativly safely whereas a mostly empty cup or plate will not. If your piece is finished with gold luster it is not microwave safe as it contains metal.

All glazes are food safe, and non-toxic.

D.O.A. Damage On Arrival
If your piece arrives broken, we require an e-mail from you and a picture of the broken piece within a week of it’s arrival. Then we will remake and replace it for you.

B.I.U. Broken In Use
Pottery is breakable and we can’t be responsible for replacing pieces that aren’t in our possession. You wouldn’t drop a glass, gather the pieces, then try to return it to Target for a refund. Please do not ask us to replace your broken pieces.
